I feel something of a hiatus in my explorations of 3H. Probably the relief of just seeing it there in print. However, Graham and I used it with a group of Chief Inspectors of Schools in Scotland a few weeks back. This was with the stimulus of prepared cards to place on the horizons (based on interview and discussions) . the result is that they are exploring using this as a common language for educational transformation linked to their own emerging pro gramme of horizon scanning. It still amazes me that this frame releases permission to have otherwise difficult conversations. It seems to have an efficacy way beyond its intellectual context. However, I’m glad we’ve got some quotable underpinning for it now. I hope your readers will make their own explorationsand share those with us. Tony
