Glad you are focusing your sharp futures eye on these unfolding surveillance trends!

Seems to me there is an element of gaming going on, with the technically smart being able to call a “gotcha” when they see one side or the other evading the rules. Obviously the gotcha is a more serious one when it results in death or injury.
