“The view that “i” has experience and expertise which is valuable to share should be questioned. Think about this model in a situation where confidence bias, over confidence or Dunning–Kruger effect is at work… Then we have the potential for a terrible cascade of ignorance.
Especially if the faulty tacit knowledge is embedded in professional authority and its own domain knowledge.

I think Daniel Kahnemann calls over-confidence the most dangerous bias… Over-confidence can weaponize tacit knowledge.”
